I am writing to express my concern about a project I am currently involved in with a freelancer on your platform. Despite a significant financial commitment from my end, I am seriously worried about the completion and delivery of the work.
The freelancer has not yet provided me with substantial results, and there has been a delay of three weeks already. This situation is causing me considerable stress as I fear the possibility of losing the substantial amount of money paid, without getting the work done.
Given the circumstances, I kindly request your assistance and guidance on how to handle this situation. My primary goal is to ensure the successful completion of my project without further delays or losses.

Have you released the payment to your freelancer or is it in escrow?
