VAT number not approved

Hello there,

I entered my VAT a few months ago and waited for approval. Meanwhile, I didn't use Upwork and now I'm back.
And it's still not approved, but it's a valid EU VAT ID for sure, it appears in VIES system.
Could someone give me some help?
