Valid Credit Card Info Not taken for payment?

I just joined the site and I'm trying to hire someone for a job but I entered 3 different valid credit cards and the system won't take any of them. They aren't prepaid cards. I have no idea why my cards aren't being accepted? It doesn't give a valid reason, it just flags the credit card fields in red for month, year and security code.
