Want to give refund after 7 months

Hello,

Hope you all will be doing fine. I want to give a refund to a client after 7 months. I know it is strange to hear that I am giving a refund after a long time. but I was in serious trouble and I was unable to continue work. Now, I am well and back to work. So, I want to give a refund to that client. But, Upwork is not allowing me to refund because of 180 days of the policy. How can I refund the amount?
