Want to make an approval system before payment

I want to know, if we can review the work of the freelancers and then get the approval from the executive team and make the payment. Is there any possibility of making the Payment in this order?

Thanks for reaching out to the Community. Please know that once a freelancer submits their work to request payment, the client has 14 days to review, respond to it, or request changes. Once the 14 days are over and there are no actions from the client, the funds will be automatically released to the freelancer.
