Want to remove a feedback from my profile, and the chatbot isn't helping with anything.

Did an account audit for a very unprofessional client (released the milestone after 2 months and provided me low feedback). Client even expected more account optimizations the following weeks when we only agreed on initial audit. Need to delete this from JSS and Profile inmediately.
