Why Upwork doesn't remember my device?

Everytime I log in it asks my password even though I always checkmark "remember this device"

 

Afterwards, I also always get a notification by email : "An unknown device or browser has been used to access your account"

 

How can I get Upwork to trust my device/browser? I'm using the latest Firefox

Hi Altan,

 

There is no option to turn off this notification as it is a security feature that informs you if we notice unusual account activity. Please note that the system may be unable to recognize a login attempt when you have cleared your cookies or are logging into your account via incognito mode.

That's the problem though, I'm not clearing my cookies or using incognito mode. It still asks me every time I log in. I always mark this device as a trusted device
