Windows: Desktop app "View Proposal" button

Clicking the "View Proposal" button on the Upwork Windows Desktop application opens up Windows Explorer. The expectation is to open up the proposal on the default browser.

App Version: Version 5.6.10.23 (FE2239)
OS: Windows 11 Home Single Language 22H2 

OS Build: 22621.675

This is the button which is visible on the client's chat window.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Could you please confirm if you're able to right-click on the View Proposal button and select the Open With option to choose a browser?
