Withdrawal problem.

Why everytime I withdraw my earnings the process fails and my earnings are returned back to my Upwork account with some money removed?

For those who have succeed, what could be the reason for these failures?, because i tried alot but ending up loosing money and become distress since my all earnings ends in the Withdrawing process?
