Withdrawn: Job application is cancelled by Upwork

Hello,

Unexpectedly I noticed that all my job applications are cancelled by Upwork, without any notice. At the same time, I received an email to verify my identity even my identity was already confirmed. I can't initiate identity re-verification. Also, I was in discussion with one of potential clients about new job opportunity.

Can someone please let me know why this situation has happened and shall I inform my potential client about this issue?
