iam trying to hire a freelancer . During payment this is what happens " You don't have a valid billing method on file with Upwork. Please correct this before making an offer."What should i do?

i tried to do payment with a freelancer. Earlier the same problem happend with me during payment. i contacted the bank and there is no issue with account or any transaction related issues with. But still i couldnt do the payment. The same statement reoccuring. ie "There was a problem charging your billing method. Please enter a new billing method and try again"
