I've been using Upwork for almost 5 years now and I am trying to withdraw my funds and encountered this error "Your financial account has been suspended". PLEASE HELP!

Hello Ramir! Are you viewing from your phone? This is showing up on my mobile device so I tried accessing using my desktop and I was able to withdraw my earnings. It's weird.

Also, when we try to go to the Support Page, it says this page is "Forbidden". Tried in different devices -- still the same error. Basically we can't contact Chat Support. 

I've emailed support@upwork.com for now.

Hey Ryan, I just had the same problem and was a little freaked out that I couldn't withdraw my weekly funds. It looks like some of us must have been experiencing a brief error, because it seems to have resolved itself for me at least. I'd recommend refreshing the page, and hopefully this is just a glitch for you too!

A bug, I assume. Refresh the page and it should be ok.

Same problem here but after refreshing the website a few times (you can even close the browser and open again) everything works.

Just refresh the page or restart your browser. I think it's a glitch today hopefully Upwork will post an update about this.
