Hello, I cann't accept contract because I see "We’ve temporarily suspended your Upwork account. Find Out More."
During chat with support I receive info, that I can select "File an appeal" in Trust and safety page. But the button doesn't work... I tryed other browser, but it doesn't help.

Hi Tetiana,
When using the chatbot for communication, instead of selecting the actual issue option, choose "Other." This should connect you to live support, as the bot won't be able to resolve the issue without human interaction. It worked for me before, so give it a try.
