can't change the hourly rate

hi! I can't change my own hourly rate on my profile, it doesn't appear the pencil icon, is it because I'm one of the business manager of an angency? other co-workers can't change it either!

Hi Abby,

I checked your account and saw that you are an exclusive member of your agency. You might want to reach out directly to your agency manager about it. You can check this help article for more information.

Hi Joanne, the article you sent does look to address Abby's questions. I'm running into this same issue and can't find where on my agency page I can adjust my rate.

Nevermind, found it!  It's under "Find Work" at the top of the page -> "Agency Roster" and you can change the rate there.
