i've encountered an issue with a client that he asked for project files and the videos and he refused to release last milestons, he ended the contract and asked for a refund . i made a dispute but instead of writing the price that i still owe in tn the escrow i write a very low rate by mistake , how i can resolve that and how i canknow that’s upwork would take my money from him and release it to me
