Good day.
I noticed a popup on my account stating that I should verify my identity after I accepted my first offer 4 days ago.
I was sent another contract offer today but I can't accept it. The accept button is grayed out. I suspect it has to do with my identity verification but I have submitted my document and it has been showing "We've started a manual review" for days.
Please how can this be hastened up so I can accept my offer before it expires?
