I had a 50 minutes zoom call with the client, only 30 minutes got logged, why the desktop time tracker has the issue today?

Thank you for reaching out. Can you please share with us the Contract ID for the job you're referring to so that we can further review and assist you accordingly? You can see the Contract ID by going to All Contracts> Select the Contract in question> It should be under the Details page here.
Please note that we only invoice time segments with uploaded user activity, and every segment with activity will be billed, so some rounding may occur. You may check this help article for more details on how to Log Time with Time Tracker. Looking forward to your response.
