I verified my identity successfully in settings about a month ago, but when i tried getting paid (for the first time) a warning appeared "Some of your services are temporarily on hold

Thank you! GET STARTED or LEARN MORE" then i re-uploaded docs over one week ago and still no response. also i added a withdrawal method but it appears "inactive" on my account and warning message of "You have no active withdrawal methods. Please add a new method." and so when i try to re-add a method it shows "Unfortunately, we were unable to process your transaction. Your account is being reviewed. We may need to verify your identity information. Please check your email for the detailed next steps. If you don’t hear back within 2 business days, please contact us." what should i do?
