Job Success score not updating and increasing after 2 weeks even though I completed a job

On January 24th, my job success score dropped to 85%. Upwork mentioned that I needed to complete more jobs to increase my score. Fast forward to March 18, I completed a job and received a 5-star review. I was really excited and hoped my job success score would go up, but it's still at 85%.

Currently, I have 5 jobs displayed on my profile. 4 of them have been completed and the contracts have ended. When I inquire with the Upwork chatbot about my Job Success score, it shows that I have only completed 3 jobs. See👇👇👇
