There are big problems with the academic work done by**Edited for community guidelines**. He's done entirely with AI. Academic fraud, my tutor failed me. I asked him to redo it, but he didn't agree. Now my request is for a refund.

I checked, and it looks like your contract with the freelancer has been completed. I'm sorry to hear that you are dissatisfied with the work submitted. 

To request a refund from a freelancer, please follow these steps:

1. Go to Jobs › My Jobs and click the title of the contract
2. Choose the (…) options menu and select Request a refund
3. Complete the request form and click Send Request
