How do I get more Technical Writing jobs?

Although it's been a while that I am working on Upwork but there is no consistency in my jobs at times I am overwhelmed but some I sit idle.

How can I get more views on my profile and get more jobs?

I have 100% JSS and very near to become Top rated but waiting for a high end contract.

I'm sorry to hear you have been having trouble getting jobs consistently. I understand that it can be discouraging to not land those jobs but a lot of factors come into play, such as the demand in the field you're in, your competition, etc. I'd suggest that you focus on the things that you can control, like your profile overview, the proposals you write, your portfolio, and so on.
