Upwork dispute specialist

Hi Upwork,

im a client actually having a dispute case with a freeleancer who couldnt complete his job and has an attitude problem...

1. i have full whats app chat history uploaded
2. i have sent in what happened for day 1
3. until now i still dont hear from the dispute specialist and im unable to find a contact or file a request to seek for a upwork staff....
4. like many others i dont get the help i need from the articles / self help hence the reach out here
5. please let me know where i can reach you and its urgent... the freelancer has wasted enough of my time already

Hi Pradeep I checked ticket and found no case and I’m unable to enter one.

Still no contact from upwork staff....

The regulation states an upwork dispute specialist will check the case and then give a non binding suggestion... and this dispute discussion will last for maximum of 30 days before we head to arbitration..

So my 30 days are running but I don’t hear or see a any one handling the case... what should I do?
