Cannot add payment method

I am trying to add a new card and I keep getting "Card Number" contains an invalid amount of digits" when all 16 digits are entered correctly. i need to hire our new freelancer. What is the issue with this? there is no way to make a ticket for support, no phone number to call for support, no email for support. This is rediculous
