Milestone activation failed. Please contact customer support, but money deducted!

Hey, I just made a payment to fund a milestone, the money is deducted from my account, but it doesn't show in my Upwork transaction history, also the milestone is not funded, it said "Milestone activation failed. Please contact customer support". I have attached the transaction history from my bank statement.
