Hi Christine,
Certain permissions are only available when you upgrade your membership plan. You can click on the Learn more link you see at the top of the screen to do so.

Hi Alex,
I actually tried and can't replicate the issue you're describing. Could you please try using a different browser or use the incognito mode of the one you're currently using? You could also clear your cache and cookies and then log back into your account. You should be able to access your ticket and coordinate with the team using the same link Nikola shared above. Looking forward to your confirmation.
