I cannot register from Sudan even though it is not listed in Eligibility to Join and Use Upwork list.

Your country is not in the list on Upwork but it's on the list to which the Upwork article referred.

The solution is to not use Upwork while you're in the banned country.

Unfortunately, Sudan is not supported on Upwork.

Why do you give yourself the right to have the website appear inside Sudan and at the same time you deny access to services?
