I need a freelancer to call different cloth manufacturers and put them in contact with me but I don't know in which section to post this and does the ad need to be posted in Chinese?  Please help

Try the "Product Sourcing and Procurement" section, or run a search for Freelancers who specialize in this and are in China.

No, the ad should not be in Chinese.

I have similar issues, I work with overseas companies and buy from China often

and want to also post in upwork, cant gent an answer.
