Welcome.
This is a thread for "Designers-Creatives", maybe you should look to see if there is a thread that deals with your skills.
Anyway, I will tell you that your profile needs a lot of work.
Start by changing your photo to one where you can be seen well.
Your presentation is nothing. The first two lines are very important, you must capture the customer's attention on them. They are the only thing they see without opening your profile.
I leave you a couple of threads that may help you:

Hey there friends,
Im reaching out to all of you for your support, advice, criticism (if necessary) 😂, and most of all for your encouragement. I have spent most of my life helping others get what they want or need. I am finally switching gears. I am going after my dreams because you cannot pour from an empty cup. I will be much better help to everyone if I let the real me out. I want to grow as a writer, an illustrator, and a musician/vocalist. Please give me some useful do's and don'ts. I will take them seriously. I promise. Reach out! I need the connection.

I think you should redo your profile.
From the title and presentation, to the portfolio.
Title, writer, but what type, what is your specialty? The title should summarize your skills. If you have several, create specialized profiles, each with its own presentation.
Presentation, an amalgamation of text telling about your life, your concerns and what you like to do or would like to do. This spiel doesn't tell the client what you can do for them, you just tell them your life.
To be able to work here, you must come with some specialty, they are not going to pay you to learn anything.
So rethink your presentation. Talk to the client.
The portfolio, you say you do a lot of things but we don't see any proof of it. How do you want customers to know that you do what you say? How are they going to decide to interview you if they don't see an example of your work?
In case it helps you, I leave you two threads. And you should look for more information in the many profile threads that already exist.

Thank you Maria. I appreciate your straightforward response. It's what I needed to hear. You gave me a better understanding of the culture and I will take that to heart. Take care of yourself.

One more post saying nothing.
I can't see your profile because it's set to private, but we can start by changing the photo to one of you. Nothing else is allowed.
If you are interested in a profile review, you can request it here or in the open threads for it. But for that, you must set your profile to public.

Hello Everyone,
Thank you for the warm welcome to this community!
I'm Anurag, a passionate 3D artist and filmmaker. My goal in joining this community is to connect with fellow freelancers, learn from your valuable experiences, and hopefully share some insights of my own along the way.
As a newcomer to Upwork and freelancing in general, I'm here with an open mind and a thirst for knowledge. I'm looking to achieve a deeper understanding of the freelancing world, its nuances, and the incredible opportunities it presents.
One aspect that I'm particularly keen to learn about is how to optimize my Upwork profile for success. If it's not too much to ask, I'd greatly appreciate it if some of you could kindly take a moment to review my profile and provide your feedback. Your insights would be incredibly valuable to me as I embark on this freelancing journey.
Thank you all for your generosity in sharing your experiences and knowledge. I look forward to getting to know each of you and contributing to this vibrant community.
Warm regards,
Anurag

Your profile is nothing now. A couple of sentences saying what you do.
Your photo, you should change it to one in which your face can be seen, without sunglasses.
You say you do many things, but you don't have a portfolio for any of them.
If you have several skills, you should create specialized profiles. Each one with its presentation.
I leave you two threads that will help you, read everything, links included:

Hello, Here is Komal Zafar, Website Designer.
I would like to learn proposal writing tips from the community as I wrote several proposals but did not get any job in return. I am new to upwork and did not have any experience sending a proposal to the client. Will you please help me write an effective proposal so I can get a job?
Jan 26, 2024 11:15:52 AM by Norberto A
Although industry working experience is required. You can try looking at jobs with specifications you worked on before. Especially if its a personal request with a fixed budget. The person who posted the job just wants a decent skilled person for the price he put up.
Hopefully this helps you, Cheers!
Jan 27, 2024 10:40:22 AM by Maria T
The problem may be in your proposals, but I think you should start by redoing your presentation.
It's a tirade like there are a thousand. Is it AI? It seems.
Talk to the client, tell them what you can do for them. Don't talk so much about yourself.
You must hook them in the first two sentences so that they open your profile (it is the only thing they see). You don't have to say hello, say your name or what you do. You can already see that.
And, where is your portfolio? How do you think clients can decide if your work matches what they are looking for?
I leave you a couple of threads, read everything, links included:
