Account Suspended

Hello Support Team,

last 4 days ago, on my profile it's showing, Your account has been suspended warning. 
I'm trying to connect support team throug ticket, but no response from there end.
also I mail**Edited for community guidelines**but, still no response.

and also I re-upload my ID details on upwork, but no mail and no response.

anyone here can help me?

Hello,

My account: **Edited for Community Guidelines** has been suspended.

Why my account has been suspended? 

Upwork asked me to submit my ID card, I did and for no reason my account was permanently suspended.
And why I can't get back my account,
I like to work on Upwork, not other sites.
