Account hold

I have done an error on my last name on my account and Upwork could not verify my last name, thus creating a hold on my account.

I have two last names and I need to change it to the last name I usually use.
By accident I put my two last names, with one of them one that I rarely use.

I have a already a case number with Upwork and this occurred last night, but I have not received a response from Upwork yet, please I need to contact Upwork to have this issue resolve and left the hold on my account as soon as possible.

Is their a number or any place where I may call someone or contact to have this issue resolve as soon as possible please
