Hi!
Recently my account was put on hold, and identity verification was requested. After that, it was suspended (the support's answer was that they couldn't verify my identity).
Then I found that accidentally sent an outdated (!) bank statement (though passport scans were correct).
Can my account be restored?
Please help.
I didn't violate rules, was interviewed/hired quite often, JSS was over 90%, 51 jobs were completed. I communicated to clients very politely, each time started working immediately without foot-dragging, and delivered fast. I tried hard and believe I deserve a chance to get back. What if it just the expired document? Please reconsider.
