Apple app testing scam (Online customer service software to assist testing)

Hello,

I guess I am scammed by this job offer.

They talked with me with Whatsapp, gave me the cards detail to register, and asked me to buy in app.

Unfortunately, I paid three times (not a big price though).

I am worried about it.

Now, I am asking Apple to refund.

I do not know what I can do actually.

Sorry to hear this happned to you. There are many scam posts here on Upwork so you need to be very careful. Read and follow the ToS to protect yourself and others. You should never communicate with someone off of Upwork until after a contract has been set up.
