A client of mine is asking me to apply on jobs from his freelancer ID. Is it ok for me to perform this task? Kindly let me know. Thanks

No. Absolutely not! You must not log into your client's account under any circumstances. You could both be suspended from the platform.

The way to do this is to form an agency, he can make you a business manager, and then you can apply on his behalf through the agency.

But then the OP will be stuck in an agency, which would not be a good thing.
