Dear Sir/ Madam,
I've recently added my Japanese bank account as a withdrawal method and everything seemed to be fine, that was until I decided to withdraw to my account. I received an email saying my payment has been rejected without specifying a reason, despite the accont being my own. Is there anything I should do? I would really like to withdraw to my local bank directly. Thanks in advance.
