Hi - I recently worked with a client who really pushed the boundaries by adding extra work to milestones without asking, requesting lower rates when rates were already discounted and established, and a few other really frustrating things. Got the job done okay and under the original terms (actually did MORE than we agreed on initially) and I ended up closing the contract, giving him a 'meh' review, and blocking him (via messages).
Somehow, he's still able to find my Projects page and reach out to me that way - is there any other way to block a client so they can't go through this avenue, either? I was under the impression that once blocked, they wouldn't be able to see my profile, but it looks like he can get through by requesting a project from my project portfolio.
