I am a Top Rated Plus freelancer and have re-verified my identity. However, I am still unable to submit proposals even though my account status indicates that I have been successfully verified.
I have already tried clearing my browser cache and cookies, as well as logging out and logging back in to my account, but the issue persists.
Could you please look into this matter and provide me with a solution as soon as possible?
