A client of mine is interested in my project gig. but with different terms. we agreed and I proposed a custom contract for him. he has verified the payment method. but he can't accept that custom contract due to a website bug. he presses accept and fund nothing happens. he is taken to a blank page.
I advised him to go on my profile and press the hire me button. doesn't work also.
can anyone escalate this issue to be fixed like ASAP today because I am not willing to wait for customer service to get back to me in 2 days + as the project is urgent and has a time frame, and I am tired of how many bugs Upwork is having nowadays, and it's not a joke losing clients or losing the ability to earn projects.
also tried to withdraw the proposed contract and propose a new one now I receive this message :
i believe i can wait for 30 days for the uncounted top-rated weeks issue. but I can't wait for this.
