Connects not refunded for outboosted proposal

I applied on a job posting boosting the proposal by 10 additional connects. Now I have been outboosted but I have not recieved the 10 connects back. The client is not even looking at applications. He just posted a job and is offline since then. This feels like waste of hard earned money.
