Connects not updated

Yesterday I paid $20 for more connects but still I don't any.

My billing cycle : 1, 2019 — Jul 31, 2019 .

Can you please check why it's not yet updated?

Hi Kaustav,

Thanks for reaching out to us. I checked and it seems that no transactions were made yesterday as shown in the Transaction History on your Freelancer's account. However, under the Agency you are a part of, there is a Transaction from yesterday that is for $20. That transaction is for upgrading the Agency plan from Basic to Plus. As per our new Connects policy,  you’ll need to upgrade to our $20-a-month Agency Plus plan in order to purchase Connects. Connects will no longer be included for free in their plan for agencies. You will be able to buy them by the bundle, as follows:

• 10 for $1.50
• 20 for $3
• 40 for $6
• 60 for $9
• 80 for $12
