I have successfully published one of my two profiles here but when trying to publish the second profile I am getting an error message (see attached screenshot). I have tried 4different browsers and have cleared all caches. This is my main profile for the work I do so it's standing in the way of me going forward with Upwork.

Wait until the site starts working again...
Caution: Unasked for advice: (feel free to ignore)
Take this as an opportunity to completely rewrite your profile....
Remove your life story and all the waffle, and add what you actually do and how that makes clients's projects run more smoothly.
Clients don't give a whatsit about whether you like water or your wife or your travels or your shiny personality . They want to read about your core skills and unique selling points. It's not about you, it's about the client's bottom line.
Also make up your mind what you want to market yourself as, at the moment your profile reads like a Jack of All Trades, Master of None, and someone who has no direction and does not know what he is trying to sell...
Your general profile does not even hint at what you are selling and clients get dozens of proposals, they would lose the will to live if they had to wade through that sort of waffle 50 times, so likely won't bother.
Start from scratch.
unsolicited advice over.

Thanks for the heads up on waiting for the site to be up and running agian. And as for the unsolicted advice...I will certainly take a look at the foundation of my profile and have it more focused but man you lack tact. For someone who likes to hand out unsolicited advice you would think that you would have a little better demeanor to your approach. Anyway, you made your point and I will adjust accordily. Unsolicited advice from me: have a little more grace when you respond to people so you don't come off as an abrasive know-it-all.

Turning up your nose at VERY sound advice from one of the most successful FLs on the platform. But do what you gotta do.

This 'lack of tact', sounding 'snobbish,' 'arrogant' and other such accusations come up really commonly when someone writes in a tone that doesn't sound American - because they aren't American.
It almost makes me want to moan about people sounding too friendly when we've never met.

I just want to point out that I am perfectly capable of sounding fluffy and friendly and "American" when I feel like it 🙂
Plus, as my advice was unasked for and I did stick my nose in where it wasn't wanted, Adam had every right to tell me to shut up and mind my own business 😄

I just want to point out that everyone flying to your defense about me being "to sensitive" are in themselves being "too sensitive"....lol. Like I said...I am going to actually heed your advice and overhaul my profile. But the lynch mob on here must be heard I suppose. At least the two people who are at the heart of this debate understand what is going on. I appreaciate this response.

I am always getting this error when trying to publish a specialized profile for Mobile App Development:
"We didn’t save your draft due to a temporary site error. Please try saving again."
How can I solve this?
Mar 29, 2019 09:43:52 AM by Bojan S
Hi Adam and Carlotta,
Sorry to hear you weren't able to publish your specialized profiles. Just to clarify, did you just create a new Specialized profile or you've had it saved as a draft for a while? We'll inform the team about your experience and investigate this further.
Additionally, please note that some comments have been removed or edited for Community Guidelines.

Hi, I'm having the same problem with my profile yesterday and today. My second draft, which I had started several days ago, would not post. Same error as Adam and Charlotta. By the way, I'm surprised at the caustic remarks coming from some of these members. I'd expect more professionalism from a group like this.

Hi Emily,
We'll also forward your report to the team. They are currently investigating the issue and working on fixing any errors with saving Specialized Profiles.
Thanks!
