Freelancer's fee

I had a Lifetime Earning of more than $10k from one of my client until she decided to transfer her business to the other owner. The new company owner create an Upwork account to hire me and continue working. My question is, considering that I am still working for the same company, with the same position title and same salary, will my freelancer's fee remains to 5%?

No, because it's a different upwork account. Why don't they keep the old account? It's also in a client's best interest to display his prior history, reviews, etc.
