Google Ads Certificate Upwork Verification Failed (4 Times in a Row)

Hello, I need someone to help me submit and verify the certification. The Upwork support team has been responding that the name on my certificate does not match my Upwork profile name. I don't understand what the issue could be. I've been doing the submission properly, but it's all been in vain.
