How do I refund someone??

I need to refund a client. I selcted invoice and so forth but the screen just keeps loading.

I tried using a different browser and it still just loads. The contract is still active. Do I need to end it before I can refund them?

You should be able to send a refund without closing the contract. We'll go ahead and have one of our agents reach out to you via support ticket in order to assist you further.
