How does Upwork protect freelancers from malicious clients? (example provided)

How does Upwork protect freelancers from this type of malicious clients?

3 JSS crushing reviews left, one after 300+ hours clocked?  And at 10USD/hour level?

I don't know how would I feel after spending so much time with a client for him to leave such a horrendous review.

Is there any malicious review protection in place for freelancers?

For example, in another platform where I work, you can contact support in case of an unfair review and they will remove it after checking the communication and the job progress that was made during the contract.

Is this the case here as well?  Because I already had clients in another platform that left me a bad review after I rejected to do work that wasn't in the initial scope without charging for it! I'm pretty sure the time will come when I'll get something like this here as well.!

Hi Alejandro,

I would like to confirm that if any violations of our TOS are found in the feedback sections our team will take proper actions.

Could you share the job post URL with me via PM (click on my name) so that our team can investigate this further? Thank you.
