Well as far as you have completed the project and the client likes it you will receive full payment but it may reduce your job score based on lateness

You can try asking the client to use bonus option.

If the contract is already closed and you were not able to manually log the hours, you can ask your Client for a bonus instead.  Please be reminded though that this is only optional and your Client is not obliged as it is your responsibility to make sure to log your hours properly so that your Client will be billed hourly on your contract.
