Hi, I've had one client feedback that affects my JSS score now for over 3 months. I delivered the project in time without any problems and the client didn't ask for any corrections or mentioned any complaints. He just gave 3 stars and didn't leave any feedback. I contacted the client for further information but he didn't get back. Is there any way to solve this problem?

Complete more contracts with great outcomes, where the clients are really happy.
It was also not just one contract you ended up with less than great feedback for...

You are right, but I think there is a better way to communicate rather than stars. It's hard to understand what needs to be fixed in the project by stars.

Sorry, maybe I just don't understand which "problem" you are trying to "solve"?
The client left feedback, and didn't respond to your request for "further information". The client doesn't owe you any "further information".
So you move on and concentrate on doing better going forward.
