Hi, my client made a payment budget of 26$ on milestone, he deposited 16$ which I saw on my account but after the project ended he made the final 10$ but I can only see 10$ in my account, I can't find the remaining 16$ and we have ended the contracts.

Take a look at your "Reports Overview Page" . do you see the missing money in one of the tabs?

Hi Tobenna,

I checked the contract you are referring to and it seems that your client sent an offer with a budget of $26, but they only funded a $10 milestone. The milestone was already released and the funds are already in the Pending section of your Reports page. Your client can send you a bonus payment and you can refer them to this help article for more information.
