Refund bought connects

Hey,

I accidentally bought connects. Is there any way to refund because i will not going to use it. 

Money paid by Upwork balance, not from card.

I recently like 5 mins ago bought connects accidentally with my Upwork balance. I have not used any of the connects from the bundle.  Please help me I want a refund.

I made it on 31.03.2022. The fact is that I will not use this connects further and want to refund the money back. 
After the war came into Ukraine, I had to change the type of activity

Hi, I think I explained myself wrong, yesterday I created my account and for some reason while I was adding my payment method they charged me $17.40 saying they were connects, I found out later through an email from PayPal. I thought it was a misunderstanding, but they told me they weren't going to give me my money back. I didn't authorize anything, I would like to have my money back please. I asked nicely believing it was a misunderstanding, and now they don't want to return it.  I don't want to be rude or argue, I just want my money back. The same day (yesterday) that I created my account they took my money.
