Refund button leads to error page

Hi,

Due to the change in the project scope, I have agreed with the client to lower the fixed rate amount. She has requested a refund and I am trying to reply to this as agreed, but the "refund" button transfers me to the ERROR page. Could you please check what might be the problem?
