Hello, I've worked with this client, Sent him the work. And he immediately withdrew the offer and said "I can do it myself". Although I already sent him the work. Any idea on what I should do?

Here is what you should do:

Learn from your mistakes. That way you will not make those same mistakes again.

Next time: Don't work for free.

By working without a contract, you worked for free.

You did not use the Upwork system correctly.

Why didn't you accept the offer before doing the work? That is the only way you can get paid. He did scam you, but you also did not protect yourself. There's not much you can do except accept the offer before doing the work in the future.
